Overview
About Wrkhealth
Wrkhealth is a clinical information system (CIS) that simplifies practice management, allowing doctors to focus on patient care by providing an intuitive, interconnected platform tailored to the workflow of specialists.
My Role
I worked on evolving Wrkhealth from an MVP to a more developed, user-centered design. I conducted a contextual inquiry in a surgeon’s clinic over five days, gathering qualitative insights on staff workflows, patient interactions, and the existing practice management software. I then led collaborative ideation sessions with the design team, iterating on low- and high-fidelity wireframes and conducting user testing to refine key usability challenges and enhance the platform’s functionality.

My Process
User Research
Conducted a contextual inquiry in a surgeon’s clinic over five days.
Gathered qualitative insights on:
Staff workflows – Identified inefficiencies in administrative tasks.
Patient interactions – Examined scheduling, documentation, and communication pain points.
Current software limitations – Evaluated how existing tools were used and where they fell short.

Design and Prototyping
